Ingredients

1 cup butter, soft
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg yolk
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons heavy cream
1 cup apricot jam
powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients (except the jam) in an exceedingly giant bowl and use your hands to combine along.
  • Wrap in plastic and chill for 2–3 hours.
  • heat up kitchen appliance to 350°F.
  • Roll the dough go into flour till skinny, and turn over 3” squares.
  • Place one teaspoon of jam in each sq.. Cut one slit in each corner.
  • Pull down alternate corners of the sq..
  • Place on a baking receptacle lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake till golden, regarding 12–13 minutes.
  • Cool on a wire rack.
  • dirt with granulated sugar.
