MANGO CHUTNEY CHICKEN CURRY RECIPES
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup mango chutney
- 1/2 cup half-and-half cream
Instructions
- In a giant pan, heat oil over medium-high heat; brown chicken. Stir in seasoner, garlic, salt and pepper; cook 1-2 minutes longer or till aromatic.
