Ingredients
Soya chunks – 1/2 cupCorn flour (white corn starch) – 2 tblsp
Capsicum – 1/2
Onion – 1/2
Spring onion – 2 sprigs
Ginger, finely chopped – 1 tblsp
Garlic, finely chopped – 1 tblsp
Soya sauce – 1 tblsp
Chilli sauce – 1 tblsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1tsp
Lemon juice or vinegar – 1 tbsp or 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Method
- Soak soy chunks in quandary with salt for five minutes. Then squeeze it, boil it in water with salt till its toasted.
- Drain water,wash it, squeeze it, keep aside. or else, you'll pressure cook with salt for two whistles, skipping soaking. To this, add a tblsp of corn flour, very little salt, 0.5 the pepper powder, 0.5 the hot pepper powder and marinade.
- Keep aside for fifteen minutes. Cut capsicum pepper plant length wise, chop onion, onion and gather all the desired ingredients prepared.
- Heat a non stick pan with a tsp of oil and initial toss the marinated soy chunks till the corn flour turns clear.
- Heat the remaining oil and initial fry ginger garlic for a moment while not dynamical its color. Then add onion and white a part of onion. Fry until clear.
- Add capsicum pepper plant and fry for a moment. Add each sauces, remaining pepper and red hot pepper powder. Add needed salt.
- Add the tossed soy chunks, mix well. Dissolve corn flour in 1/4 cup water and add it.
- Squirt the lemon or add vinegar and toss well. finally add the inexperienced a part of onion.
